Hey, There! I’m Emma.

Born in Worcester, England, my yearning to understand people began at a very young age. Naturally inquisitive, and with a clear need to show people how to believe in themselves, I embarked on Soul Coaching®  being trained by Denise Linn in 2006 and then I returned to become an Advanced Soul Coaching® Practitioner at the beginning of 2015. My life altered in such a positive way from that first moment.

At the end of 2010, I moved to Cape Town, South Africa. A country steeped in an incredible history with magnificent entwining cultures. My heart was full when I met Grant Hamel, who was also a coach, and his beautiful daughter Bella. We got married in 2012 and I can truly say I love my life journey with this man. I fulfilled my creative need in 2013 and began building websites that I absolutely love. Sadly, I have dropped this now as I have moved into my coaching practice.

Always wanting to learn more, in 2011 I qualified as an NLP Practitioner. This confirmed so many things for me with regards to how we unconsciously communicate and how to bring awareness into our behaviour.

At the beginning of 2019, Grant and I decided to move to the UK to explore new life experiences, satisfy our love of travelling and reconnecting with family. We live in a cottage in a hamlet on the outskirts of Banbury, with Bella visiting in the holidays. We are all loving discovering the joys of Europe.

At the beginning of 2020, I took on the UK distributorship of Africology. This incredible business focuses on all-natural skincare and lifestyle products, formulated with botanicals and pure essential oils, and importantly free from parabens. Testing everything on the human skin means these products are truly animal cruelty-free. To take a closer look please do visit the website here. If you want to try out the products pop into our shop at YOU, 25 Friar Street, Worcester, WR1 2NA. We would love to see you!

I am super passionate about health and wellness and with all the trainings I have taken part in thus far, I decided to ramp it up a notch in 2020. I embarked on a year’s training in health and nutrition with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, qualifying in January 2021. This tie’s in beautifully with my coaching business and Africology, as I believe everything is related.
